| Registration | To be valid the inscription must obligatorily be accompanied by down payment corresponding to 25% of the totaly of the stay. The balance will be regulated on arrival, during the handing-over of the keys. In the event of cancellation, the down payments will not be refunded. We do not accept the regulations by bank card or accounts - checks of vacancies. |
| Rent | Our prices include the occupation of apartments with supply of the water, the electricity, the crockery and the kitchenware. The laundry and the housekeeping are not included in the rate. Possibility of renting for the linen on the spot for the price of 9.70 € a person. Rent bed for baby = 1.00 € (on inquiry only) The housekeeping of the end of stay is compulsory for the following rates : Apartment 2 pers = 35.80 € - Apartment 3/4 pers = 39.80 € Apartment 4 pers = 42.80 € - Apartment 8 pers = 52.80 € The price for the housekeeping will be raised with 10.50 € for the customers accompanied with their animals (dogs, cats). |
| Particular clauses | Our apartments are rented by model, even for a lower occupation. Every week is payable altogether, even in case of partial occupation. |
| Transfers | The transfers of the port and the airport to Cocody Village are not included in our rates. |
| Arrivals and departures | The days of arrivals and departures are on Saturday. Rents begin at 16h00 (4 PM) and end at 10h00 (10 AM). |
| Pledge | According to the type of apartment a pledge of 150.00 € or of 200.00 € should to overturn in the arrival. |
| Cocody Village | is situated in Sant'Ambroggio's bay, to 13 km of Calvi and Ile-Rousse, on the Municipality of Lumio (8 km of the airport Calvi Sainte Catherine). The small train of Balagne, station in the village will be able to lead you in all Corsica. In the Village: Bakery, snack bar and pizzeria. Beach in 800 meters. Swimming pool in 800 meters (only open in july and august, sunday closed) |
